Hey Y'all! My name is Brittney and I am a 20-something born and raised in the south. I am a recent newlywed to my sweet husband Andrew. Together we have two precious dogs, Maggie and Manning, and one tolerant cat, Millie - who thinks she rules the house (even though she lives outside).

By day I'm a newbie to the working world and work as a cost accountant. I enjoy "working with numbers and spreadsheets" and anything with organization.  I know, I know, I'm one of those people.

Outside of work I enjoy being outdoors with our pups, working on house projects, and trying new recipes and DIY projects. I also love monograms. Probably more than any healthy person should, but other than harming my bank account, I figured it was a safe obsession...

Moving on! In November 2013 Andrew asked me to marry him. We met our freshman year of high school in our first block class - geometry, and we began dating in May 2010. Fast forward to June 2015 and we're officially Mr. and Mrs. During our 19 month engagement we thought it would be a horrible great idea to each work on our Master's degree, plan a wedding, build a house, and raise a sweet puppy. It was the most challenging and rewarding 19 months of our lives, but I'm thrilled to say we survived and those days are in the past!

Now that we're settling in to newlywed life it's been a bit of an adventure learning how to manage a home and be an adult (i.e. pay bills, go to the grocery store to buy vegetables, survive without my mother's help...), all while trying to live a balanced life. Most importantly it's been so much fun. I'm thankful for a friend to do life with and enjoying learning how to be a SHE. There are so many things that I have yet to experience and learn that make a SHE who she is. I hope you will join me along my journey to be the best SHE I can be and the rest of my SHE ladies.
